INSURANCE INSPECTIONS top

Here reports are generated for insurance companies and brokers to ascertain risks and to determine the insurability of a business.

Building is surveyed to determine condition and insurability for all risks.
The building, depending on the needs of the client, will be checked for liabilities and area weather conditions and type of neighborhood.
Determination of repairs and degree of completion before funds are released to proper party.
Photos of exterior or interior will be obtained, depending on type of inspection.
Appointment will be set with owner or debtor if client requests.

MERCHANT ACCOUNT INSPECTIONS top

This report determines the legitimacy of a business, it’s location and it’s owner(s) in order for merchant to be able to obtain credit card services.

Building is inspected to determine condition, occupancy and usability.
Copies of business license and other documents can be obtained.
Determine type of neighborhood and those areas surrounding business
Update contact numbers and names of business
Photos of exterior and interior of business will be obtained.
Appointment will be set with owner if client requests

INSURANCE LOSS INSPECTIONS

Our field force will visit any location in the continental USA and take photos and speak with neighboring businesses about any loss of any type to assist insurance companies with determining the insured loss of business or commercial structure.

Inspector will visit location and inspect business.
Neighboring business will be interviewed.
Damages will be listed in detail.
Photos of exterior and interior will be obtained .
Contact with owner(s) will be made if requested.

DRIVE-BY BUSINESS INSPECTIONS top

This report is used when no contact is required on a property.

Exterior condition of building will be documented.
Exterior photos of building/property will be furnished.
Verification of address of building.
Condition and type of neighborhood in which building/property is located.

BUSINESS INSPECTIONS top

This inspection service includes, but is not limited to, contact with the owner to determine ownership, appropriate license for business, condition of building and neighborhood.

Survey building and exterior condition.
Interview area residents to determine ownership.
Obtain copies of business licenses and other documents.
Verification of building location.
Exterior photos of property will be obtained.
Neighborhood in which business is located will be assessed.
